2. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment or stock errors occur.

3. Delivery

Processing: 1–3 business days
In-stock items: 3–7 working days (UK)
Made-to-order / furniture: 3–6 weeks (production + delivery)

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include made-to-order, customised, and sale products.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We take care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.
However, minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences. Such variations are not considered defects.
