2. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the case of pricing errors, product information inaccuracies, or unforeseen availability issues.

3. Delivery

Orders are processed shortly after payment confirmation.

Delivery is arranged following order confirmation, and our team will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and into the intended room prior to placing an order.

Large furniture items are delivered to the entrance of the property unless otherwise agreed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer absence, re-delivery charges may apply.

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect goods. By accepting delivery, the customer confirms the items are received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted.

Any visible damage should be recorded at the time of delivery.

If any issues are identified after delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items may not be eligible for return.
