Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange delivery.

3. Delivery Access & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and into the intended room prior to placing an order.
We strongly recommend checking all measurements and access points before ordering.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or insufficient space, the order may be returned and additional charges may apply.
4. Large Furniture Deliveries
Large furniture items are delivered by our delivery team to ensure safe handling.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made to the entrance of the property.
Delivery teams may not be able to move items through restricted spaces such as narrow staircases, tight corners, or limited access areas.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
